I've decided to try to be better at blogging. So many things have happened since the last time I was on here.
1) Clay is almost done with his first semester of law school! Crazy! He has been studying so hard for his finals so he can get good grades and hopefully secure a summer internship once his grades come back.
2) I got a new job as a para educator at a middle school. I absolutely love it. It is definitely not an easy job, but very rewarding and entertaining. I come home every day and tell Clay all of the funny things the kids say or do. I feel like this job is helping me to be more patient and teaching me what it will be like when the day comes when we have children of our own.
3) Because of my new job, I have 2 weeks off for winter break, so we will be in Utah over Christmas. We are so excited to see our family and friends. Most of them we haven't seen since our wedding, so it will be so fun to catch up.
4) We experienced our first Thanksgiving together. We stayed here in Lawrence so Clay could study and get ready for finals. Some other students who are LDS and in law school came over to our apartment for Thanksgiving dinner which was fun. It was fun and weird having to make everything ourselves.
